快开阀广泛用于物料气力输送及风管除尘系统管道上。主要是为观察工况及维护方便而设置的装置，它具有结构简单，操作方便、快捷、密封性好的特点。

安装及使用注意事项：
Installation and using notice:
1． 将快开阀焊接在管道上，焊缝应均匀光滑，不允许存有焊接缺陷。
2． 开启门铰轴螺栓应控制好，可依据开启要求控制松紧度。
3． 密封圈为橡胶件，应避免高温状况下使用。
4． 应定期检查密封件状况，发现损坏应及时更换。
5． 未列规格或具其它特殊要求的快开阀、检查门、检修人孔等，请与公司销售部或技术部联系，我公司为您另行设计制造。
1． The valve should be welded on the pipe. The welding line must be smooth and the welding objection can not exit.
2． The bolt of the valve should be controlled and the degree of tightness can be adjusted according to the opening requirement.
3． The sealing ring is rubber, which can not be used in high temperature condition.
4． Check the sealing part regularly and exchange the sealing part when it is damaged.
