高温平衡器适用于建材、矿山、电力、玻璃、轻工等行业的锅炉、窑炉、高炉的余热二次利用及烟气、废气治理等各种热风管道中，是平衡调节或截断高温气体的理想设备。

The valve is widely used in building material, mining, power, glass, light industries etc. It is applied in hot windpipe system of smoke, waste gas management and in boiler, stove, and blast furnace of recycles heat. It is the ideal equipment to evenly adjust or cut down high temperature gas.

高温平衡器采用优质钢材焊接，内衬热强钢及双层保温耐火材料层。具有耐高温、耐磨损、刚性强、流阻损失小、热损失小、保温效率高、操作灵活、指示方位明确、维护方便、使用寿命长等优点。

驱动装置不受任何形式的控制，可以随客户的需要安装。驱动形式可以分为卷扬机提升（开关信号），电动执行机构提升（4～20mA电流信号）。

The valve is welded in fine steel, having heat-resistant steel lining and double layers keeping temperature lining made in fire material. It is resistant to the ultra-high temperature, high in strength. It also has the features of endurance, little in the lost of the thermal energy and flow resistance, efficient in saving thermal energy, handy to operate, definite direction, easy to maintenance and long life.

The driving device is not controlled and can be installed according to the demand of user. Driving types are windlass elevating (open and close signal) and electric actuator elevating (4～20mA current signal).

工作原理：

Working principle:

高温闸阀由阀体、闸板、起落架、换向轮、起落传动部分构成。起落传动装置通过换向轮带动闸板向上、向下作起落运动，达到系统管道密闭开通或调节状态。闸板设有导向轨道，使闸板在运动过程中不致偏离或卡阻，通道为开敞式，积灰无法滞留在密封面上，从而不会影响闸板的关闭。

The valve is made up of body, gate, undercarriage, changing direction wheel and landing transmission parts. Landing transmission gear drive the gate moving up and down via changing direction wheel in order to reach the system pipe statement of sealed opening or regulating. There is guiding track on the gate, so the gate will not depart or be obstructed in the course of moving. The channel is opened and ash can not remain on the sealing surface, so the closing of the gate would not be affected.

卷扬提升型高温闸阀类，通过指令卷扬电机得电，使卷扬机开始工作，卷动钢丝绳从而提升闸板向上运动，反之则向下运动关闭，行程限位开关同步反馈闸板开关到位信号。电动执行器提升型高温闸阀类，通过微机或上位仪表，输入一个信号时，此信号与位置反馈信号比较，两个信号偏差大于死区时，致使伺服电机转动减速器的输出轴朝减小这一偏差的方向转动，这样就带动卷筒运动，卷动钢丝，提升闸板作运动。推杆提升型高温闸阀类，通过指令使推杆作往反运动，从而提升闸板作运动，行程开关同步反馈闸板的开关到位信号。风冷式高温闸阀类，冷却高压风机的风由冷却管进入，在闸板内腔作循环运动，带着热空气由另一端排出，这样不停的循环，致使闸板温度下降，从而增加闸板的工作强度。

The windlass of winding elevating type begins to work after the motor is powered. The steel wire is rolled up to elevate the gate moving upwards; otherwise the gate will move downwards to close. Stroke limiting switch synchronously feeds back signals of gate. The electric actuator elevating type input a signal though microcomputer or up meter, which is compared with position feedback signal. When the warp of the two signals is more than died zone, the output axle of speed reducer will turn in the direction of reducing the warp, which will drive the convolve move and roll the steel wire to elevate the gate. The draw stems elevating type output instruction to drive the draw stem move back and forth and elevate the gate. The stroke switch synchronously feed back signals of the switch. Wind of wind cooling type enter from the cooling pipe of the cooling high pressure wind motor, move circularly in the lumen of gate and then vent from the other end with hot air. The repeating circulation will reduce the temperature of gate and enhance the working intension of the gate.

安装及调试：

Installation and regulation:

l         传动机构不允许作起吊用，并严禁损伤。

l         安装前必须清洁阀门内腔，不允许有任何杂物和污垢附着。

l         法兰连接的阀门安装时，两法兰之间需加密封垫，然后均匀锁紧联接螺栓。

l         安装完成后必须进行综合性能检查：接通电源开闭阀门，当阀门至“全开”“全闭”位置时，行程控制机构应准确地切断电源，开度指示机构应准确地显示阀门的开启状态。

l          Transmission device can’t be used for hoisting and avoids abrasion.

l          The body must be cleaned before installed and there is no dirt and sundries clinging to the body.

l          Add seal cushion between two flanges connection and screw down bolt when installs the valve.

l          Synthetic performance of the valve must be done after adjust is over: turn on the power and open the valve, the stroke control device should cut down the power exactly when the valve is in the state of full open or full close. The open angle indicating device should display the open state of the valve gate exactly.

运输及保管：

Transportation and protection:

l         运输时应避免撞击阀门，阀门应处于全闭位置以防在运输中闸板和传动部件损坏。

l         当阀门水平放置运输时传动装置及传动部位应悬空，以防止传动轴受力过大变形损坏。

l         传动装置及传动部位应作防潮、防雨处理。

l         该阀应存放在干燥的室内，不允许露天存放或堆置。长期存放时应使阀门处于关闭状态，各传动部位加润滑油，传动装置作防潮、防尘处理。

l          Avoid bumping and the valve is in full close in order to avoid damage of disc and driving part.

l          Transmission device and part can’t be hung up when the valve in horizontal in order to prevent damage of driving axle.

l          Treatment of dampproof and vainproof should be done to transmission device and part.

l          The valve should be stored in dry room. It should be in full close state when long stored. Add lubrication to the transmission part and the device should be dampproof and dustproof.
